We have been in the industry for over 15 years. Our experience over the years has helped us understand the different transport requirements of groups travelling around London.
The buses that we have are equipped to accommodate passengers with disabilities. Our drivers can assist disabled passengers with boarding and alighting from our coaches where assistance is required. We arrange pickups according to the times agreed when the journey is booked. For instance, if you hire our coaches for a wedding ceremony, the pickup time and destination can be agreed when making the booking.

Destination & Mileage: The table lists the top 20 most visited cities in the UK, ranked by annual tourist footfall. The "Approx. Miles" represents the estimated one-way driving distance from central London, which is the primary driver of fuel and operational costs.
Capacity & Luggage: All routes support our full fleet range (16, 30, 50, and 70-seater vehicles). The "Max Luggage Space" column reflects the upper limit (70-seater), scaling down proportionally for smaller vehicles (e.g., ~10 bags for a 16-seater minibus).
We will also ensure that you are driven to every place that you may request to be driven to as long as it is within the city and as agreed in the contract. One of the events that our coaches are frequently hired for is business trips and seminars. For instance, instead of a company hiring several taxis to carry their staff to a business meeting or conference, it can hire one of our coaches that matches the number of people to be transported. It can also be easier to organise the group when passengers are travelling together. Those are some of the reasons why you may need to hire coaches at our company in London. We maintain £10 million public liability insurance. For more information, you can contact our customer care services.
Totally possible. For example, a football match at Wembley Stadium may have a whole host of people wanting to make the journey, whether they’re football fans going to see their team on match day, going to a concert, a school group or an organised trip.
Lots of people live within driving distance of Wembley but a group travelling together may want to organise a coach rather than taking a number of cars and dealing with traffic and the restrictions around the stadium. A coach could easily pick a number of passengers up from a town like Harrow, Uxbridge or Romford, or within Central London, to take to Wembley.
It would be best to organise this well ahead of the actual match/concert day and allow for delays and restrictions on the day.
Popular day trip destinations can include shopping trips, whether that be a social club wanting to visit Oxford Street & Regent Street or tourists that want to shop at Westfield London in White City, or Westfield in Stratford in East London. Again, it is always worth checking the pick up/drop off/parking situation ahead of your trip.
Trips to see friends/relatives, events (ExCeL London in Royal Docks is very popular for exhibitions and conferences; a group could easily pick up colleagues/delegates in Canary Wharf, Liverpool Street, King’s Cross or Victoria), heritage trips (a whole class or year could travel to the Natural History Museum in South Kensington so a Bromley/Enfield/Ealing school would probably want a bigger vehicle for this type of journey depending on the number of pupils/teachers travelling), sightseeing trips (Tower of London – popular with all types of visitors; remember to think about the parking/drop off situation, especially congestion in the Tower Hill area, and organise the coach trip around entry times) or school trips.
Weddings are also a popular reason for people to hire a minibus/coach. Richmond and Twickenham are popular wedding venues and it’s probably best to look into your transport requirements as soon as you know your wedding date (especially within the busy summer wedding season) and guest numbers.
Obviously you’ll need to think about where you’ll collect guests from and of course where the wedding is, but it may be worth also considering whether you need transport afterwards too, back to hotels or home etc.
As above, there’s a myriad of reasons and destinations people can travel to by coach/minibus so obviously the longer/more detailed your enquiry the better! Date of travel, pick up/drop off points, number of passengers travelling, time of collection, whether the vehicle will be needed all day and for how long etc.
Day trips could be local e.g. Islington office workers that need transporting to a conference in ExCeL London, Royal Docks, or longer, for example, a group of passengers in Hammersmith, Wembley or Lewisham could all be travelling to Oxford University to support someone, on a day trip, or maybe a school trip.
Longer private day trip hires outside of London can include day trips to Brighton, Windsor, Canterbury, Oxford etc, so a group could easily get the coach in Greenwich, Croydon, Stratford, Ealing etc for a trip like this.
Obviously a trip like this from say Bromley to Windsor and back is a slightly different equation to the Islington to ExCeL example above, so it is always helpful to know all details e.g. pick up and drop off (can sometimes be difficult stopping outside certain offices/hotels so helpful to agree a pick up point), are there any other stops en route, timings etc, to get the best quote possible.
