Terms and Conditions of Booking Minibus Hire London
These terms govern bookings made through Minibus Hire London. Once you have booked with Minibus Hire London you are agreeing to these terms and conditions of hire.
Bookings and Payments
Bookings are only available provided there are vehicles and suitable drivers available. A booking is made when it has been confirmed and the relevant booking deposit has been received. The balance of the payment is due on the agreed booking date.
Quotations
Quotations are issued based on information about the route, pick up point, destination, date, time and number of passengers travelling at the point of enquiry.
Cancellations
Should cancellations occur we kindly request that you give us as much notice as possible. Depending upon the date of the cancellation charge may arise.
Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers travelling must follow any directions issued by the driver of the vehicle. No smoking, no carrying drugs or anything else illegal, no behavior likely to cause injury to anyone or damage to the vehicle will be tolerated. If a customer causes any damage by any of his passengers he/she may be liable.
Luggage and Personal Items
If a customer requires transportation for more luggage or special items than usual they should advise us ahead of time. Passengers are responsible for their own personal items.
Journey Times and Delays
Itinerary plans are calculated according to the best possible information at the time. It should however be expected that traffic and other uncontrollable factors might cause delays.
Vehicles Provided
A vehicle suitable to carry the confirmed amount of passengers will be supplied. Should the need arise another suitable alternative vehicle will be offered.
Alterations to Bookings
Any requests for alterations such as pick-up time changes, destination changes, alterations in passenger numbers etc., should be informed as far in advance as possible. The cost of any changes is not guaranteed.
